It was hard to make the 1st step because my knees felt heavy. I had had knee problems for more than 10 years until I started to use the Tourmaline Biseki Ex Cream. My knees often felt so heavy and did not move smoothly as if a weight were attached. I had to hold a handrail to go up stairs "by hand" because I could not raise my foot. I could walk only slowly and I always got exhausted just in several minutes. I had to hold my back with my hand before I make the 1st step. Otherwise, I could not start to walk because of the pain and heavy feeling. I believe you can understand this if you have ever had knee pain. My son is an osteopathic physician, so I was lucky to have treatment about once a week. The symptoms improved after the treatment but the pain and heavy feeling came back in 2 days. I wanted to remove the pain but almost gave up because I understood I was old. ' The pain and heavy feeling completely went away! My daughter gave me the Tourmaline Biseki Ex Cream for the pain.
