Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product by chance on the internet, compared it with similar products and purchased this one because your website provided clear understanding of the product and it convinced me that it would work.

I am happy because: I am so happy with this device as it is compact/lightweight and it is easy to use. I purchased it for my mother. She could not sleep well as she was sensitive to cigarette smoke odors. This product is great as she can use it even though she is not good at using electronic devices. She is so happy because the odors do not annoy her any more. Thank you!

"Sidestream smoke often annoyed me but it does not disturb me when I am wearing it. "

I am happy because: Sidestream smoke often annoyed me as many of my colleagues smoke. The smoke does not disturb me when I am wearing this device.

Other comments: I will continue to use it for my health. I will recommend it to my son as he has hayfever. I sometimes touch the power switch accidentally and turn it off. It would be great if there were a "stationary" model which could work on dry batteries.

"I purchased this product to avoid passive smoking. It removes cigarette smoke smell. "

I am happy because: The man who answered the phone to respond to my enquiries was so kind. He gave me a clear understanding of the product. Actually, I was afraid of becoming a passive smoker as many of my colleagues smoke. I was looking for a remedy as I could not wear a mask. The AirTamer WX removes cigarette smoke smell.

I cannot find a better solution to avoid passive smoking. Almost no one notices I am wearing this device. Thank you for this great product.

Other comments: As others say, the strap pricks me when wearing around the neck.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. It will perform better if it makes direct contact with the skin. However, it will be OK to wear a thin shirt so that the strap does not prick the skin directly. We will consider designing a new strap which has a soft touch feel.

I am happy because: I always felt uncomfortable when I was surrounded by cigarette smoke as a non-smoker. I reached your website when I was searching for a solution as I did not like the smell and that passive smoking might damage my health. I no longer have a sore throat. It seems this device also helps to remove the smell.

"I purchased it to remove cigarette smoke. It works!"

I am happy because: I purchased this product to remove cigarette smoke in the office. Actually, I had another mobile negative ion generator but it got broken. Honestly, the one I used to have worked better than the AirTamer. However, I am happy with this one because it is lightweight, does not cause neck/shoulder stiffness and the battery costs 1/5.

I am not happy because: I am not sure if this is because the strap is conductive but I sometimes feel static electricity when it makes contact with the skin.

If you do not feel comfortable, we suggest you should wear the device so that the strap does not make contact with the skin. It generates fewer negative ions but you can still enjoy negative ion effects.

I purchased this product initially for hayfever. I was impressed when I found cigarette smoke avoided me. I purchased a great product.

"I purchased this device as I am a passive smoker. It is working!"

I purchased this device as I am a passive smoker. Many of my colleagues smoke in our cafeteria during a break. The room is filled with white smoke. I started to cough intensely on my first day of work. I even felt a strange sound in my lungs. I did research to find countermeasures. I decide to purchase this product for 2 reasons.

1. An air purifier cannot eliminate cigarette smoke completely.
2. This product is small enough to wear at the office.

I feel smoky if someone smokes in front of me but I do not cough intensely or feel the strange sound any more. It is working.

"I no longer need to stay away from someone who is smoking because it removes cigarette smoke smell!"

The AirTamer makes me feel refreshed. I no longer need to stay away from someone who is smoking because it removes cigarette smoke smell. It does work. I even feel that my immune system is strengthened while being protected by ions as it is said "Illness starts in the mind". The strap smelled like an ion in the beginning but I am now wondering if it really plays an important role to produce negative ion effects as your website says. It would be more convenient if I could change the strap because it absorbs sweat and gets stained as it is worn around the neck. It would be great if it were lighter. This is because I sometimes clip it on the chest part of the shirt and it starts to drop with the shirt as time passes by. Thank you for the prompt response when I contacted you.
