Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product by chance and purchased it as I thought it would be good.

I am happy because: I always felt uncomfortable during the hayfever season even in the office. Symptoms such as eye itchiness, runny nose and sneezing did not stop. I purchased this product as I hoped it would help to alleviate the symptoms. Honestly, I was not expecting much but the symptoms have not appeared since I started to use it. I made a good decision.

The AirTamer WX helps to prevent hayfever. Symptoms do not appear. I always wore a mask during the hayfever season but I no longer need it. I feel easy when I go out as I wear the AirTamer. I seldom scratch the eyes. I will continue to wear it all year around. I put it close to the pillow when I go to bed. It works 24/7.

"Itchy eyes caused by pollen have eased. I need less medication. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought you would offer reliable service as a specialized shop for negative ion products because your website provided detailed info.

I am happy because: I had been suffering from itchy eyes caused by hayfever. I even wanted to take out the eyeballs to wash them! The symptoms were much worse this year when cedar pollen started to spread.

One day, I did maintenance of a negative ion hair dryer at home. It was blowing cold air during the maintenance work. The uncomfortable symptom completely disappeared after the cold air blew onto the face/eyes for about a minute. I thought negative ions might work for the itchy eyes. I googled and reached your website.

I read the product comparison chart several times. I chose the AirTamer as it would produce a lot of negative ions. The noise/odor did not disturb me but I was skeptical in the beginning. I wore it around the neck and went out to walk around on the 1st day. The symptoms were better. I did not scratch the eyes every second. I was able to sleep better at night.

I wore it and went out again the next day. A friend of mine asked me. "What is this? Is this a mobile phone?" This product looks like a mechanical device and it is not very stylish but I felt better yesterday than the day before. It works better than it looks. I feel more than 10 times better than a usual year. I no longer feel heavy or drowsy as I take less medication. Dependability on the AirTamer increased day after day. I can no longer do without it.

My body stores more electricity than others so I often get an electric shock. Thank you for your advice on how to release the static electricity. I place the palm on the table/pillar in order to discharge it.

I am happy because: I had terrible hayfever. I was searching for a remedy on the internet. I found this product. I was skeptical but decided to try it. I feel comfortable as symptoms have eased since I started to wear this device. I no longer suffer. My kid also has terrible hayfever. I will let him try this product.

"I was skeptical in the beginning. I could not sleep well as I had a terrible stuffy nose. I can now sleep deeply. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website by chance.

I am happy because: I have had hayfever for about 35 years. I start to take medication around the middle of Jan every year. I had terrible sneezing attacks and my congested nose continued to run, so I could not sleep well. I purchased this product even though I was skeptical in the beginning.

I put it on in the morning, wore it all day then took it off and placed it next to my pillow before going to bed. I had an incredibly deep sleep. My family members do not believe that. They say: "God protects fools, drunks and children", "You are more likely to be hypnotized."

A friend of mine asked me "You do not blow your nose today. Do you still have hayfever?". I showed the AirTamer to her. She was interested in it and I gave her your company info because she wanted to buy it even though I was not sure if it would work. She immediately ordered it and it did work. I was impressed with the quick effect. Another friend of mine also had hayfever. Her nose continued to run. I lent my AirTamer to her in the morning. The nose stopped running in the afternoon. I ordered 1 unit as I was asked by her. Other friends asked me the product name and the company name because they were also impressed with the negative ion effects. I told them that the AirTamer is supplied by Ion Trading. I hope they will find some effects. The cedar pollen season is over and the pollen count of cypress is rising but the symptoms do not appear. I purchased a great product.

I am not happy because: The strap often stretches out as the hook is loose. I found a man wearing the AirTamer and an employee ID card in a train. The device was not conspicuous. It would be great if the device were smaller so that it would be more inconspicuous. I am afraid it will not go with light clothing. I will wear it even during summer because I have hayfever almost all the year around.

"My nose stopped running. I should have started to use it before the pollen count reached the highest level. Looking forward to the next hayfever season. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found several products on the internet and I thought this one would perform best.

I am happy because: My nose and tears did not stop running. I purchased this product because I hoped the symptoms would improve. A drowning man clutching at a straw! Honestly, I am not sure if it is working but I feel I am protected by negative ions. My eyes sometimes feel itchy when I am working in front of my PC but my nose no longer runs. I sometimes sneeze though. I should have started to use this product before the pollen count reached the highest level. I am looking forward to the next hayfever season.

I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap, so that it could maintain a proper distance from the neck. The clip is located on the back side of the body but it is hard to clip it to the pocket of my shirt because the device is too heavy. You can design a new clip to be attached to the 3rd button of a shirt. I think it will be very convenient.

Other comments: Your website says the life expectancy is 2 years. I appreciate if you provide info on how to extend it and how much it will cost.

I am not happy because: I would be happier if it were lighter. It weighs more than I expected.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website and you offered the lowest price.

I am happy because: I found this product by chance when I was searching for a remedy for hayfever because the pollen count was higher this year. I was skeptical but decided to purchase it because it was approx. 7,000JPY only. However, symptoms of hayfever do not appear when I am wearing it. My nose/eye do not feel itchy at all!!! I cannot do without it. The batteries run out quickly, so I found an affordable one on the internet and ordered 50 pcs! This product requires 2 button batteries which cost less than 50JPY. (The best price can be found online!)

The made in USA batteries, which were included in the package, lasted only 4 days. The batteries I purchased online last longer. I am not sure because they have not run out yet but I think they will last a week as stated in the instruction manual. I will use it carefully but I ordered an additional unit for "just in case". I no longer suffer from hayfever thanks to this product.

I was concerned about electromagnetic wave emission because it runs on batteries. An EMI tester detected no electromagnetic wave, so I do not need to worry about it and I can safely wear it around the neck. Thank you for this great product.

"He has hayfever but his nose runs less often. He is so impressed!"

I am happy because: My husband suffered from hayfever every year. I found the AirTamer when I was searching for a remedy. His nose runs less often this year. He still has itchy eyes but the symptoms are not severe. He is so impressed with the negative ion effects.

I am not happy because: The battery level indicator is not bright enough.
