Tourmaline Waistcoat Poncho I purchased it for my mother who has bad blood circulation. It is very cold early in the morning but wearing this tourmaline waistcoat makes her feel warm. She also wears it around the neck when she goes to bed. The soft touch makes her relax. Great for an elderly person!
