I am happy because: You answered the phone when I called you. Honestly, I wondered if a man would really give me good advice about skin care. However, you kindly offered great support. I have an allergy but I do not get a rash. I will try the facial cleanser and other tourmaline products. 1/2 of the cream still remains but I have ordered another pot. I am happy because the skin is well moisturized in the morning.

I am happy because: I purchased the tourmaline Biseki flow cream for my son's back pain but I tried applying it to my face. I have been using it for myself since then. This cream is different from the one I used to use. I am happy with it.

I am not happy because: This product is not affordable but I will be satisfied with the performance in 6 months time if it works.

Initially, I was going to order the BISEKI cream as I found many positive reviews on your website. I decided to order the flow cream as you recommended it. Sagging skin on the face has not been tightened since I started to use this product a month ago but wrinkles on the neck have slightly faded. I have not found a significant effect but I think it is working.

"My skin is shiny and clear after I apply the cream and do massage."

I got knee pain, applied the EX cream and then the pain went away. I purchased the flow cream and my skin condition improved. I am happy because I apply the EX cream and pain caused by osteoarthrosis goes away. My skin is shiny and clear after I apply the Flow cream along with the tourmaline gel and do massage. "It worked for knee pain. I am more active than before. I recommended this product to a friend of mine. "

I had terrible pain in the back side of both knees and the inner part of the left knee. I tried a 30g pot and the pain eased. I recommended it to a friend of mine. "Neck and shoulder stiffness gradually eases."

I have neck and shoulder stiffness/pain as I work a desk job. I purchased this product for the stiffness/pain. I apply it and do massage before going to bed. The stiffness/pain gradually eases. I have some cream at the office to apply it when I have pain or when I have a stiff neck. I have to work in front of my PC for several hours a day.
