Detailed review: I purchased this product to remove the smell of cigarette smoke in the office. The smell is not removed dramatically, but it is no longer so terrible. I feel at ease as I wear the AirTamer as a charm. I am better now. I wear it for long hours when I am outside. I sometimes have neck stiffness when I continue to wear it from the morning until the night. However, I am happy with it as it is smaller and lighter than I thought. I will continue to use it as I am looking forward to more beneficial effects.

"I am happy because symptoms of hayfever immediately improved." I am happy because: I was suffering from hayfever. I thought this device would work because I could wear it all day long. Symptoms of hayfever immediately improved. However, it causes neck stiffness as I wear it around the neck. It would be great if I could clip or hang it to my shirt. "Cigarette smoke does not annoy me when I am wearing the AirTamer. " I am happy because: Pollen and dust make me sneeze when I take a walk with my dog. The symptoms are better when I am wearing this device. Cigarette smoke does not annoy me when someone is smoking around me. Other comments: As I told you on the phone, the adjustable length strap causes neck stiffness. It would be more comfortable if a clip were attached so that the neck would not be pulled. "It is far more comfortable when I wear the AirTamer A310. I cannot do without it." I am happy because: I normally take fexofenadine and wear the AirTamer A310 when I am indoors and I take Chinese herbal medicine as well when needed. It is far more comfortable when I wear the AirTamer A310. I cannot do without it. This device helps me when PM2.5 particles try to annoy me. Other comments: Wearing around the neck can cause neck stiffness when I am not well. The skin is irritated by the strap. Is it OK to change the strap to another one? It is ideal if it makes direct contact with the skin but it can stay on your shirt. However, the number of negative ions generated by the device decreases.

I am happy because: I suffered from a runny nose and itchy eyes caused by hayfever every spring. Symptoms were better this year than last year. "Symptoms of hayfever are better. The nasal passages are clearer. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: This product generates a lot of negative ions. I am happy because: I had been suffering from hayfever for 30 years. House dust, cigarette smoke and perfume odors often caused sneezing and nasal congestion. I purchased this product because I did not want to take medication which could make me feel thirsty. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! As a result, symptoms are better. The nasal passages are clearer. You say this device is lightweight but wearing it around the neck can cause neck stiffness. The strap has to make direct contact with the skin but it can cause itching. However, I made a good decision to buy this product as I can breathe better. Other comments: I have been using it all day long. Thank you for this great product. I was skeptical in the beginning though. It really causes neck stiffness as it is heavy for me. The fabric of the strap causes itching and the skin becomes red because the skin is sensitive during the hayfever season. That is OK as long as I can breathe better.

"I purchased it to remove cigarette smoke. I have not found a significant effect but I feel the smoke is reduced. " I am happy because: I found the AirTamer WX when I was searching for a mask to prevent cigarette smoke. I called you and decided to order it as I thought it would work. I slightly feel negative ions when the device is close to my face but I am not sure if it is working. However, it works "visually" as I wear it around my neck. My family member refrains from smoking in front of me. He shuts the door or goes to the bathroom when he smokes. Cigarette smoke particles are so small that I cannot escape from them but I feel the smoke is reduced. I am not happy because: The strap has to make contact with the skin, otherwise I cannot fully enjoy negative ions. However, it causes neck stiffness. I would be happier if the strap were lighter. Other comments: Thank you for including the free battery. I will continue to use this product.

"I feel less stressed and tired. I can have a good night sleep!" I am happy because: I am happy with this product except 2 things. I have been wearing it 24/7 since I purchased it. The other day, I forgot to wear it and went to work without this device. I did not find any difference on the day but I did find a difference the next day. This experience made me decide to write this feedback. I felt my neck stiffness improved on the 1st day but I did not find any improvement after that. I found the stiffness improved after spending a day without it when I forgot to wear it. I think blood circulation is improved. It has been doing excellent jobs. 1. I do not feel stressed. 2. I feel less tired. 3. It seems that other people around me feel less stressed. I think this is because negative ions work on others too as we are working in the same room. 4. I can have a good night sleep. I also enjoy a good nap after having lunch. 5. I feel relaxed after work. I have been using it for 20 days. Yes, I made a good decision! I am not happy because: The blue ion light is not bright enough. I was afraid that the battery might be flat when I removed the protective tape, inserted the battery and turned on the device. You can include a piece of paper saying "The indicator is not bright enough but this does not mean the battery is flat." other than the instruction manual.
