"I apply it to my knees as swelling and pain ease." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website on the internet. I do not know other shops selling this product. I am happy because: I had chronic knee pain. I was initially diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis 50 days ago. Patellar fractures were found on the kneecap a month later and then I was finally diagnosed with periosteal contusion bone bruises today. The pain did not stop. This product did not work when I started to use it. However, the swelling and pain started to ease as I applied it to the knees. I should have started to apply this cream on a daily basis earlier. I will continue this treatment as 1/2 is still left. Other comments: I apply chitosan when I get skin burns. I recommend chitosan to my friends. You can advertise your products on a newspaper. I am happy because: I had pain in the back of the knees. I had medical treatment but it did not work. I found this product on the internet and purchased it because it looked nice. Unfortunately, the symptoms do not improve. I am not happy because: It is more economical to apply an ointment as a pain killer than spending as much as 5,000JPY to buy this 30g cream. I am happy because: This product may not work on you as it depends on the person/symptoms. I am a man and am nearly 80 years old. If you have knee pain, this product may help you. I am not intending to advertise it though. :-) I had terrible pain in my right knee. I was not able to walk. I was skeptical when I purchased a 30g pot on the internet. I applied the cream to the right knee according to the instruction manual. The pain eased in about a week. I have no problem in daily life as I can walk almost freely. "I used it for 10 days but the pain did not go away. I have not decided to purchase the tourmaline Biseki EX cream again yet. " I had medical treatment at a hospital but I thought it would be better to have treatment at home. I purchased this product as I found "76% of knee pain patients found effects." I used on 10-19 May but the pain did not go away. It got worse on 22-23 May. I went to an orthopedic clinic on 24 May to remove fluid from the knees. I had hyaluronic acid injected for treatment of gonarthrosis. I now take medication every morning and evening. I have not decided to purchase the tourmaline Biseki EX cream again yet.

"My son's knee pain has gone. He runs 3000m as a track and field athlete." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offered prompt service when I purchased a smaller pot. I am happy because: I purchased this product because my son had pain in the outside of the right knee when he was playing baseball. He went to a reputable clinic for sports injuries but no abnormalities were found. He had massage almost every day at a local osteopathic clinic. I applied the cream to his right knee every night before he went to bed. The symptoms improved in 3 months but he had not recovered completely. He joined a track and field club for middle-long distance running when he entered junior high school. He still had pain in the beginning but the symptoms gradually improved. He now runs 3000m as a track and field athlete. He applies the cream before track and field competitions or when he feels sluggish. I will order this product again as soon as he uses it up. Some reviews say it does not work but my son found effects. I am not happy because: This product would be very expensive if it did not work. The price is a little bit expensive or reasonable as it works.
