"Knee pain has not eased but I will purchase this product again because I believe it will work eventually. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found positive feedback. I am happy because: I started to have knee pain about 3 months ago. Initially, I had pain in the right knee only but I now have pain in the both knees because the left knee helped take the strain off the right one. The pain slightly eases after applying a poultice. However, it cannot stay on the skin 24/7 as it can cause a rash. I tried medication but it did not work at all and then I purchased this cream. A drowning woman clutching at a straw! The cream does not always work because the pain sometimes eases the next day or it sometimes gets worse. I will purchase this product again because I believe it will work eventually.

"I can walk smoothly when I wake up in the morning because knee pain has eased." I am happy because: I have been dancing with my colleagues as a hobby for 20 years. I did not have knee pain after strenuous dancing when I was young. However, I started to have knee pain after I reached 60 years old as I gained weight. I decided to purchase this cream because I thought medication could cause a side effect. I have been applying it for about half a month. I have found an effect. The instruction manual says it helps to lift up the face and it shows how to do massage. I have been using this product to lift up the face and ease knee pain. I apply this cream before make-up and after taking a bath as it does not stick to the skin.

The doctor prescribed a poultice only and advised me that he would prescribe a pain killer or inject hyaluronic acid if the pain got worse. "I purchased this product for my mother as I found a review saying "It works for knee pain". I am waiting for her feedback. " I purchased this product as I found a review saying "Knee pain eased" on the internet. It was written by a patient who was over 70 years old. My 76 year old mother applies this cream to her feet everyday after taking a bath. The feet swell up when she has knee pain. I am waiting for her feedback. (I do not force her to give me feedback. :-) ) She has not tried the flow cream. What is the difference between these products? I am wondering which works better for her? Does she need to apply the flow cream once or 2-3 times a day? [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. The flow cream will work better for knee pain even though it costs more than the Biseki cream. This is because the flow cream is designed to soften muscles and to improve blood and lymph circulation. If the EX cream works, she can continue to use it. We suggest she should apply the cream at least once a day. If possible, she should apply once during a day and apply it again after bathing. We are looking forward to her feedback.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Your website showed up on the first page of search result. I am happy because: My 82 year old mother had outpatient treatment for knee pain but it did not work. The symptoms even seemed to get worse as she got older. I found this product when I was googling "knee pain" and purchased a 30g pot. She has been doing this treatment for about 2 weeks. She can now go up a step of the stairs without holding the handrail. She can raise her legs to an upper position. I am not happy because: While a spatula is included in this 30g package, it is not included in a 80g pot. A larger spatula comes with 300g cream. You can include the same one in 30/80/300g.
