"It is safe for a pregnant woman. The body is kept warm after bathing!" My sister is expecting a baby. She asked me what to do to improve blood circulation of her hands/feet. I know feet swell easily as the baby in the womb grows and it is better to keep the body warm in winter but I could not give her good advice. I was wondering what she should do?? "I purchased it for my husband who has psoriasis. I use the stones for bathing as it improves blood circulation!" I purchased it for my husband who has psoriasis. This tourmaline stones is affordable, so we can use it as an alternative to bath salt products. According to a book, hot tourmaline water contains the same ingredients as hot springs. I sometimes mix the tourmaline stones with a bath salt. Not only he but also I enjoy the hot spring, which makes me warm and improves blood circulation. "The whole body is heated. I have not got chilblains!" I have been using the stones for tourmaline bathing. I sometimes sweat while sleeping as the body is kept warm after soaking in hot tourmaline water for a while. I purchased more stones for my daughter. She often had chilblains on her feet caused by bad blood circulation. Her feet are OK as of beginning of Jan.

"The tourmaline stones make tap water incredibly tasty!" A water jug filled with the stones always stays in the fridge. The tourmaline water tastes good. I also use the stones for boiling rice and mixing with whisky as suggested on your website.It is a miracle that such small stones can change tastes! The tourmaline hot water in the bathtub is soft and smooth. I enjoy tourmaline bathing not for improving blood circulation or for my skin care but just for relaxation.
