Detailed review: I purchased this product as I felt sluggish and/or the back felt heavy in the morning. I use it as a bedsheet. I have not found a significant effect but I feel more energized when I wake up. It will work during winter as it makes me feel warm.

"Only 2mm thick but warmer than a blanket."

About effects: Fantastic! Use one as a blanket and you will experience it. Only 2mm thick but warmer than a blanket. If you use for your head, it never gets hot. No need to flip over the pillow to get to the 'cool side'. Very nice, folded, for lower back support. I am having pillows made with this wonderful sheet.

"The back feels better when I am laying on this sheet."
