Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I do not know much about other products supplied by others. The explanation drawing you had provided made me decide to go ahead. Detailed review: Your website says that 270,000 ions are detected at 1m away from the generator. The ion detector detects ions only up to 25cm away. Please let me know the reason(s). [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your review. The detector is designed to detect ions up to 20cm away from the generator. You can refer to the label affixed to the detector. Your generator is working properly because the detector detects ions at about 25cm away. I suggest you should use the detector at about 5cm away in order to make sure that the generator is working properly.This is because the detector uses the grounding effect from the human body to detect ions. If the grounding effect gets weaker, the detection sensitivity gets lower and then it can detect ions only at a short distance away. If you would like to measure ions at e.g. 1-2m way, you need an ion counter. The detection sensitivity of the detector is not high enough for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding.

Product name: Tourmaline Detox Sole Patch "The toes feel less uncomfortable." Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I got a sample patch, used it and it worked. I searched for "Sole Patch Sheet" on Amazon and found this product. I decided to purchase it as the price was lower than others and I thought it would work. Detailed review: I have been using this tourmaline sheet for about a week. The toes feel less uncomfortable. I will purchase this product again if it works after I use it for another month. I wipe the soles with a cleaning rag as they are sticky after peeling off the sheets. The smell is intense. I think this is why it works though.

I used my smartphone to search negative ion generators. I found your website and decided to purchase this device as it was affordable. I am wondering how long it will continue to work. [From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. The life expectancy depends on the 3 ion blow off points. They become worn out as you use the device. The life expectancy will be 5+ years. You can replace them once they become worn out so that you can continue to use the generator.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: This product receives a good rating on the internet. Detailed review: I was suffering from stiffness in the neck and numbness in the arms. Stiffened neck/shoulders feel better. I tried another magnetic necklace supplied by another company about 10 years ago. I did not find a significant effect. The Ultra NEO works. I found an effect on the 1st day. The neck/shoulders feel warm. The numbness has subsided. It may or may not work on you because it depends on the person/symptoms. It works on me though. I will continue to wear it.

Product name: Polished Tourmaline Stones "I compared tourmaline water with tap water. I need to drink just a little bit to distinguish the difference between them. I am not sure if tourmaline water has a beneficial effect or not but the taste of water does change. I put tourmaline stones in water and let them stay in the water for 12 hours. I compared this tourmaline water with bottled natural water and tap water. I need to drink just a little bit to distinguish the difference between them. Tourmaline water has a clear taste. I do not know how taste changes but I guarantee the difference. I will continue to use the stones.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I knew you would offer great service as I had purchased from you several times. Detailed review: Recently, I often got sunburn. My neck was itchy and the skin of the face was rough. Inflamed, painful skin annoyed me.. I started to apply this cream, which I got from you as a sample, and the Biseki lotion, which I bought from you. The skin became smooth on the 3rd day or so. I applied it to the upper arms and then the skin has become smooth. I am so glad. I want to apply it to other areas than the upper arms, hands/arms and the face but I cannot afford to do so.
