My younger son used to suffer from severe allergy symptoms such as asthma, eye discharge, atopic eczema, running/stuffy nose and these symptoms worsened in winter, which made it difficult for him to sleep. He had to take medication everyday when the air was dry and went to hospital every week. Sometimes both nasal passages were blocked, which made it difficult for him to breath. He tired herbal medicine, herb tea, several supplement products, low protein food and so on but none of them worked. He can concentrate on studies at school because he stopped the medication, which used to make him sleepy due to the side effect. PS: It is disappointing that mothers whose kids have allergy symptoms do not take my advice seriously. I often advise them to try negative ions though. I have had no menstrual pain for 2 months. I wonder if it this is also due to negative ions.
