I purchased it to improve the fuel efficiency of my car. It did not work but I found an unexpected result. I placed under the bedsheet and I not only felt warm but also so refreshed when I woke up the next morning because tourmaline promoted better blood circulation in the internal organs during the night. It was no longer cold with the tourmaline sheet. I am comfortable with this "ecological heater" because the body is internally heated. I am very happy with this unexpected benefit. I get less tired thanks to the approx. 40cmX50cm tourmaline sheet wrapped around my waist.
