"It's a nice looking necklace never the less." Occasional stressed neck, my husband has had it on for about a week. No effect felt yet. But maybe his neck has been ok. Will not really know until he gets a stiff neck. It's a nice looking necklace never the less. But we won't have paid as much for a necklace if it really doesn't work.
