"My dry skin had improved after a few days." Purchase reason: I used to have dry skin on my face and limbs. I had tried many creams but most of them are not very effective in long run. About effects: I had decided to try this cream for my face. It turns out to be very satisfactory. My dry skin had improved after a few days. I will continue to use this cream. Other comments: I will use this cream for my knees. I had some knee pain. I will try it out.

"She patiently continued to apply this cream. She can now walk with a rollator mobility aid." I am happy because: My mother has been using the tourmaline Biseki cream for 4-5 years. Initially, knee pain suddenly struck her. She was hospitalized as she could not walk at all. We were advised that she was so old that she would need to use a wheelchair after leaving the hospital. I desperately googled to search for cream which would work on her knees. She patiently continued to apply this cream. She can now walk with a rollator mobility aid as if by magic! She has been occasionally using this product since then. She is now in hospital for just in case. Actually, she became dehydrated because of the hot weather. She will soon leave the hospital.

"Deep wrinkles below the eyes have faded. I enjoy looking into the mirror." I am happy because: I purchased this product as my sister was impressed with it. Pain caused by frozen shoulder and knee pain went away and wrinkles below the eyes faded. I apply this cream mainly to the face. I look different when I wake up in the morning. Deep wrinkles below the eyes have faded. I enjoy looking into the mirror. The whole face looks refreshed as cells of the skin are rejuvenated. A friend of mine is going to buy one soon. She is going to apply it to the back/face. Other comments: Is it better to use the spoon included in the package? I have thrown it away as it disturbs me when I take out the cream. "I am over 80 years old. I had knee pain. I can do most of the daily chores as I can walk. " Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product on the internet and decided to purchase it. I am happy because: I am a man at the age of over 80. This is my repeat purchase. I got knee pain last spring. It was hard to walk as the pain got worse and I had trouble doing my daily chores. I found this cream when I was searching for a remedy on the internet. I was skeptical but decided to try a 30g pot. I started to apply it according to the instruction manual. A few days later, I became able to walk. I can do most of the daily chores. I go out and sit down at the entrance of our warehouse when I smoke. I needed to hold a branch of a tree in order to stand up after smoking. However, I can now stand up "smoothly" without holding the branch. My purchase history is: 30g on 30 May, 80g on 25 Jul, 80g on 5 Dec. I decided to purchase a 300g pot on 27 Dec because it was more economical to get a larger pot and I thought your shop would be closed during the new year holidays. I can do most of the daily chores. I think I will be able to live long. You cannot understand how hard it is if you are unable to walk. I was so depressed and I thought my life would soon be over. I can walk freely in a supermarket or in a department store. I am so grateful to this cream. I am also happy with your prompt shipment. It depends on the person but my symptoms greatly improved. I thought you would offer prompt shipment. I am happy because: I have been using this product for knee pain. I apply it to the area where I have pain and then I start to feel pain on the lower part. I am happy because: I am a man and am nearly 80 years old. Knee pain started early this year. It was hard to walk. I found this cream on the internet and purchased a 30g pot to try out. I applied it according to the instruction manual. The knee pain started to ease in a few days. I can do most of my daily chores as I can walk. I purchased a 80g pot and then another one as a spare. I almost forgot the pain as it had almost gone away. A month later, the pain came back, so I immediately opened the spare pot and applied it to the knee. The pain has almost gone away again. I think I will be able to live long thanks to this cream. It works on my knee pain but please remember that it depends on the person and symptoms.
