"I feel that it removes 80% of pollen."

I am happy because: I feel that it removes 80% of pollen. I feel comfortable without wearing a mask or taking medication except when the pollen count is extremely high.

Other comments: Several of my female friends say they will buy this product if it is more stylish.

"I now sneeze less."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found many users' reviews. I thought you would offer great service.

I am happy because: I had hayfever. My nose ran and stuffed up. I sneezed many times while driving at work. I now sneeze less. The nose still gets stuffed up but the nasal passage is clearer. I found many users' reviews and then I purchased.

I am happy because: I was suffering from hayfever. I thought this device would work because I could wear it all day long. Symptoms of hayfever immediately improved. However, it causes neck stiffness as I wear it around the neck. It would be great if I could clip or hang it to my shirt.

I am happy because: Symptoms of hayfever gradually got worse every year. I went to hospital and took medication but the symptoms did not improve.

I googled "hayfever improve", found reliable users' reviews and then decided to try it. I can concentrate on work as itching has almost gone away. I can breathe deeply as my nose no longer gets stuffed up. It also helps to remove dust and offensive smells. I cannot do without it.

Other comments: If it were like a fountain pen, I would store it in a pen box and place on my desk. It would be great if I could clip it to my shirt.

"I can open my eyes widely."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I watched a video clip and I thought it would work.

I am happy because: My nose did not run but I could not open my eyes widely. I needed to consciously keep the eyes open while talking with someone. I can open my eyes widely and red spots around the eyes have faded.

I suffered from hayfever every year. Cedar, cypress and pine trees annoyed me. A friend of mine recommended this product. I immediately called you and purchased it. So far, I feel much better without wearing a mask. I can sleep much better as the nasal passage does not get congested. I hope this product will work for other pollens than cedar to enjoy the spring season.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I visited your website and thought this product would work. I am happy because: A friend of mine, who suffered severe symptoms of hayfever, recommended this product last year. I decided to purchase it this year. The other day, I had an asthma attack. My doctor diagnosed that I had inhaled something not good. I was wondering what to do in order not to inhale something unnecessary. I purchased this product because I thought it would work for longer hours than other products once fully charged. Spring has set in but I feel comfortable this year. Thank you!

"Symptoms of hayfever have finally gone away. The AirTamer A310 worked well. "

I am happy because: I had terrible hayfever. One of my colleagues recommended a mobile negative ion generator which was around 1,000JPY. I purchased this product even though it was not affordable because I thought a cheap model would not work well. Symptoms of hayfever have finally gone away. The AirTamer A310 worked well.

Other comments: I would be happier if a USB charger adapter were included in the package. I am not sure how long the life span of this product is even though I read the instruction manual. You can also include a warranty card.

"It is far more comfortable when I wear the AirTamer A310. I cannot do without it."

I am happy because: I normally take fexofenadine and wear the AirTamer A310 when I am indoors and I take Chinese herbal medicine as well when needed. It is far more comfortable when I wear the AirTamer A310. I cannot do without it. This device helps me when PM2.5 particles try to annoy me.

Other comments: Wearing around the neck can cause neck stiffness when I am not well. The skin is irritated by the strap. Is it OK to change the strap to another one? A friend of mine asked me if it was a hearing aid.

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. Please never change the strap as it plays an important role to generate negative ions. It is ideal if it makes direct contact with the skin but it can stay on your shirt. However, the number of negative ions generated by the device decreases.
