I am very satisfied with the product I've ordered because it's very active that I can check the numbers of negative ions for my ionizer in order for me to people that the ionizer is working. I also liked the service I was provided because when I first received the item it was enclosed with a manual in Japanese version. Once I email the sales representative and request for a English verion for the user manual, they send it within three days.
