"The tourmaline water was so mild, sweet and tasty."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found this product on Amazon and Yahoo. I purchased from you because the price was lower.

Detailed review: I boiled the stones to make tourmaline water, waited 12 hours and then drank it. The tourmaline water was so mild, sweet and tasty. I used the water to make ice coffee. I was happy with the clear taste.

The image on your website shows round-shaped stones. I was a little bit disappointed as the actual stones were longer and thinner. Thank you for this great product which will continue to work almost forever.

"Water becomes mild and tasty."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was searching for polished tourmaline stones for drinking water. The price was good.

Detailed review: I put some stones into my water purification bottle as water becomes mild and testy. I also put some into the bathtub. I use the tourmaline water to wash my hair as the hair becomes smooth and soft. The skin also becomes smooth. I enjoy tourmaline bathing every day as it keeps the body warm.

"We no longer need to go to a hot spring. We feel well as the water is mild."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I thought that the stones would be unlikely to collide with one another and break into pieces as the surface is polished. A net bag is included in the package.

Detailed review: I have purchased this product at another shop before. I used the stones for tourmaline bathing. It was good. I wanted the tourmaline stones again, googled and reached your website. I read reviews and found that the stones would also be good for drinking water. I tried putting some stones into tap water. All family members said that the tourmaline water was good. I put some stones in tap water, let them stay in the water for 12 hours and then boil it before drinking in order to make the tourmaline water more tasty. I also use the stones for cooking Miso soup and other dishes. The taste becomes mild. I think I no longer need a water dispenser.

The net bag included in the package is good for long term use as it is durable. I think I no longer need a bath salt product because tourmaline water makes the whole body warm. We loved to go to a hot spring. We no longer need to go. We feel well as the water is mild. We all enjoy tourmaline bathing. I think the skin has become smooth.

I am so amazed that the bathtub stays clean. We always wash the body before tourmaline bathing. While normal water is not clean after 3 of us take a bath, tourmaline water stays clean even the next day. The drain no longer gets moldy and becomes black. The metal part is getting shiny. My husband is now happy to remove hair from the drain.

I splash tourmaline water in the bathroom when I finish bathing because it suppresses mold growth. It is possible that mold does not grow because it is winter now and it will grow again in summer. I should have found this product earlier.

I am so happy with this product. I do not feel pain when the stones make contact with the skin as the surface is not so rough. I put them into the bathtub. The body is kept warm after bathing. The water is mild. I am going to use the stones for drinking water and cooking. Thank you!

"I believe I will find beneficial effects in the near future."

I am happy because: I have not found an effect yet as I started to use the stones about a month ago. I was so glad when I found this product on your website because I was searching for it. I believe I will find beneficial effects in the near future. I am wondering if the stones included in the single package are enough to enjoy negative ion effects?? I put some stones in plastic bottles. I think negative ions are generated as I find that something like bubbles are produced. I also put some stones in a net bag, and put the bag into the bathtub to enjoy tourmaline bathing. I am looking forward to tourmaline effects.

Other comments: I have been using 1/2 of the stones for drinking water and another 1/2 for tourmaline bathing. Is this OK? The instruction manual says that it is better to boil the stones on a regular basis. How often should I boil them? Do they continue to work forever?

[From Ion Trading] Thank you for your feedback. You do not need to use 500g for drinking water. About 10% of the content of the bottle will be good. i.e. 50g will be good for a 500ml bottle. I suggest you should use more stones for tourmaline bathing. You should boil the stones on a regular basis for about 10 minutes. The stones continue to work almost forever.

"Tourmaline water makes/keeps the whole body warm."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have purchased a high performance negative ion generator from you. It worked well. I purchased this product as I thought it would also work.

Detailed review: I used a similar product more than 10 years ago. It worked. I purchased this product because I have poor blood circulation in the feet. Tourmaline water makes/keeps the whole body warm.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have purchased the tourmaline sheet and ceramic balls from you. I believe you offer great products because you are a specialized shop for negative ion products. I am not sure if I can distinguish real tourmaline stones from fake ones.

Detailed review: Actually, I was using bicarbonate bath salt. I was happy with it but it was not affordable and I heard that the price would rise. I recollected about tourmaline. Tourmaline stones are great as they continue to work almost forever. Of course, I know various tourmaline effects as I conducted research on the stones. I thought I and my family members would enjoy the beneficial effects. I decided to use tourmaline again.

The body is kept warm after bathing as blood circulation improves. The skin is smooth. I can sleep better.

I have questions.

Q1. How long does it take for the bathtub to be filled with tourmaline water after putting the stones?

Q2. I use one net bag. Is it better to use 2 bags? I think water can contact with a larger area of the stone surface. Is this why you include 2 bags? I have just started to use this product and I will continue to use it.

Logically, water can contact with a larger area of the stone surface if you put the stones into 2 bags. However, we do not have data which shows the effectiveness. We include 2 bags so that you can use one as a spare.

Detailed review: I use this product for tourmaline bathing. The stones make and keep the body warm. I feel as if I am taking a hot spring. I perspired more than usual even though I did not soak in the bathtub so long. The tourmaline water is very soft. I found these effects during my 1st tourmaline bathing.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: Other shops do not offer polished tourmaline stones which have rounded edges.

Detailed review: Our family members put tourmaline stones into the bathtub to enjoy tourmaline bathing. The tourmaline water is soft. We have other tourmaline stones. They have broken into pieces. The small pieces float in the water. I was searching for new and hard tourmaline stones. I googled and found your website.

I decided to purchase this product because I thought the stones would be good for longer-term use than the older stones as they have been polished and the edges have been rounded. I am happy as the stones do not make a sound when they collide with one another in the bathtub. I put the stones in a finer meshed laundry net than the one included in the package and enjoy soft water. I made a good decision to purchase. I am sure that this product will be good for longer-term use. I found small pieces of broken stones when I received the package. The net bag included in the package is the right size but a finer meshed laundry net is better.
