I am happy because: I do not need to wear a mask. I have not found an effect yet as I cannot see how negative ions are working with the naked eye.

I am happy because: I cannot see actual ions with the naked eye but I can sleep well when I wear it.

I am happy because: I suffered from allergic symptoms caused by hayfever, so I always needed to wear a mask. The symptoms such as sinus pressure and nasal congestion have not completely disappeared but have significantly eased since I started to wear this device. I still wear it whenever I go out even though the pollen count is not high.

The instruction manual says the batteries will last 7 hours but they actually last about 3 times longer. I would feel negative ions were working if the device could generate a stronger breeze.

I am happy because: I had terrible hayfever. I was searching for a remedy on the internet. I found this product. I was skeptical but decided to try it. I feel comfortable as symptoms have eased since I started to wear this device. I no longer suffer. My kid also has terrible hayfever. I will let him try this product.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was searching for a new mobile negative ion generator.

I am happy because: It is easy to use and has a long durability. Other products supplied by other companies usually got broken in a month or so. This generator has been working well. I wear it at the office, in a train/car and so on. The white color is great as it is inconspicuous. Thank you for your great customer service and prompt shipment. I believe your customers are all happy.

I am not happy because: I am wondering if it is really generating negative ions and when I should replace the batteries. It is not easy to change the strap.

Other comments: I am impressed with your dedication towards your work. Looking forward to new products.

"It does help me to relax. I had itchy eyes caused by pollen. The symptoms have disappeared. My nasal passage is clearer. I am happy. "

I am happy because: I purchased this product in order to enjoy a relaxation effect at the office. I have been using it for about a week. It actually helps me to relax. I often had itchy eyes in the afternoon after going out for a while because the hayfever season has started. The symptoms do not appear and my nasal passage is clearer when wearing this device. I tried several treatments for hayfever but none worked. This product does work. I am happy because I no longer feel reluctant to go out during this season.

I am not happy because: My body feels itchy a little bit. It may be just my imagination and it is not serious compared to the symptoms I used to suffer.

Other comments: I also purchased the Medical Ion Mini along with this model. Thank you for offering the price for the combo. I did not know the discount.

"I purchased it to remove cigarette smoke. I have not found a significant effect but I feel the smoke is reduced. "

I am happy because: I found the AirTamer WX when I was searching for a mask to prevent cigarette smoke. I called you and decided to order it as I thought it would work.

I slightly feel negative ions when the device is close to my face but I am not sure if it is working. However, it works "visually" as I wear it around my neck. My family member refrains from smoking in front of me. He shuts the door or goes to the bathroom when he smokes. Cigarette smoke particles are so small that I cannot escape from them but I feel the smoke is reduced.

I am not happy because: The strap has to make contact with the skin, otherwise I cannot fully enjoy negative ions. However, it causes neck stiffness. I would be happier if the strap were lighter.

Other comments: Thank you for including the free battery. I will continue to use this product.

"I was skeptical in the beginning. I could not sleep well as I had a terrible stuffy nose. I can now sleep deeply. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found your website by chance.

I am happy because: I have had hayfever for about 35 years. I start to take medication around the middle of Jan every year. I had terrible sneezing attacks and my congested nose continued to run, so I could not sleep well. I purchased this product even though I was skeptical in the beginning.

I put it on in the morning, wore it all day then took it off and placed it next to my pillow before going to bed. I had an incredibly deep sleep. My family members do not believe that. They say: "God protects fools, drunks and children", "You are more likely to be hypnotized."

A friend of mine asked me "You do not blow your nose today. Do you still have hayfever?". I showed the AirTamer to her. She was interested in it and I gave her your company info because she wanted to buy it even though I was not sure if it would work. She immediately ordered it and it did work. I was impressed with the quick effect. Another friend of mine also had hayfever. Her nose continued to run. I lent my AirTamer to her in the morning. The nose stopped running in the afternoon. I ordered 1 unit as I was asked by her. Other friends asked me the product name and the company name because they were also impressed with the negative ion effects. I told them that the AirTamer is supplied by Ion Trading. I hope they will find some effects. The cedar pollen season is over and the pollen count of cypress is rising but the symptoms do not appear. I purchased a great product.

I am not happy because: The strap often stretches out as the hook is loose. I found a man wearing the AirTamer and an employee ID card in a train. The device was not conspicuous. It would be great if the device were smaller so that it would be more inconspicuous. I am afraid it will not go with light clothing. I will wear it even during summer because I have hayfever almost all the year around.

"My nose stopped running. I should have started to use it before the pollen count reached the highest level. Looking forward to the next hayfever season. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I found several products on the internet and I thought this one would perform best.

I am happy because: My nose and tears did not stop running. I purchased this product because I hoped the symptoms would improve. A drowning man clutching at a straw! Honestly, I am not sure if it is working but I feel I am protected by negative ions. My eyes sometimes feel itchy when I am working in front of my PC but my nose no longer runs. I sometimes sneeze though. I should have started to use this product before the pollen count reached the highest level. I am looking forward to the next hayfever season.

I am not happy because: It would be great if I could adjust the length of the strap, so that it could maintain a proper distance from the neck. The clip is located on the back side of the body but it is hard to clip it to the pocket of my shirt because the device is too heavy. You can design a new clip to be attached to the 3rd button of a shirt. I think it will be very convenient.

Other comments: Your website says the life expectancy is 2 years. I appreciate if you provide info on how to extend it and how much it will cost.
