Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I was searching for a small model. I thought you would offer reliable service when I visited your website.

Detailed review: I knew negative ion effects. I have 2 negative ion generators installed on the 1F. They cover an area of approx. 130m2. I was searching for a small one for the bedroom.

I decided to purchase this one because ions spread, the tripod/detector are included in the package, the price is affordable and it comes with a great warranty.

I found a good direction as the detector shows me how ions spread. The device is as small as a small camera. I am happy with the compact tripod. I made a good decision to purchase this great product.

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: You offered kind service when I called you. I thought you would also offer reliable service when I visited your website. Your return policy is reasonable.

Detailed review: I cannot see negative ions with the naked eye. I wonder if I can feel as if I am staying close to a waterfall?? Will it really remove viruses? Actually, I was skeptical when I purchased this product. The ion detector for test operation shows me that the ion generator is working. I thought 70% of negative ion effects would be true as the video clip on your website shows that it removes cigarette smoke.

I was using another air purifier. I always had a sore throat in the morning. The symptom now appears only sometimes as I am using this device. I now believe 100% of negative ion effects are true. Negative ions are great.

The Medical Ion Mini is a nice product. The maintenance work is easy. I do not need to purchase consumables on a regular basis.

"The body starts to feel relaxed."

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I have used another negative ion generator supplied by another company. I did not find an effect and it was noisy. I purchased this model as it was highly rated by users.

Detailed review: I am happy because it produces almost no noise and I even forget that it is working. I can install anywhere as the body is compact. It performs well as it helps to ease irritability. The body starts to feel relaxed.

Detailed review: We enjoyed teppanyaki in the dining room. The medical ion mini removed the odors in about 30 minutes. However, the odors remained in the living room over the curtain partition. I installed the device in that room and then the odors were removed in about 30 minutes. I found a significant effect.

"My room now did smell fresher compared to my other room."

Purchase reason: I bought the ion generator hoping to purify my room, get rid of virus and bacteria.

About effects: I've used for a week and my room now did smell fresher compared to my other room.Secondly i've discoverd that i slept through the whole night for the past two days, compared to previously i always woke up in the muddle of the night. I'm not sure whether it is the effect of using this, but overall i'm happy that i bought it.

"There is now a hint of freshness in the air in our room."

About effects: My husband and myself live in Virginia, USA. Occasionally, we suffer from restlessness and lack of sleep. Our room is not that big and a bit cluttered, and the air may not be fresh. "One thing I noticed was that our 9-year old lovely pet Shih Tzu has been sleeping comfortably on her sleep pad."

Purchase reason: I checked online and saw the good track record of Ion Trading, which is based in Japan.

About effects: Have had the product for only about two weeks so we're still assessing its effectiveness. One thing I noticed was that our 9-year old lovely pet Shih Tzu has been sleeping comfortably on her sleep pad, which is about 4 to 5 feet away from the Ion Generator.

Other comments: Four stars for now as product has been with us just for about 2 weeks.

Detailed review: I had been suffering from sleeping disorders. I tried several products but none worked. I learned that negative ions might work.

I decided to try, purchased one unit and then installed it in the bedroom. I found that the air was refreshed. I can sleep better than before. I wake up less often to go to the bathroom. I would like to install this device at home and at the office.

"I am happy as I can relax and stay home longer. "

Reason(s) why I purchased from you: I purchased a negative ion generator to wear around the neck. You offered very kind service when I contacted you as I had lost a part of the device. So, I did not need to worry about anything when I ordered this model.

Detailed review: I learned that electromagnetic waves might have a negative impact on the human body. I purchased this product a few years ago as I thought I would be able to use it at home and at the office. I decided to purchase additional units as I stay home longer due to the coronavirus outbreak and start of the 5G phone service. Thank you for offering a volume discount. I installed this model in every room. I am happy as I can relax and stay home longer.

"I can sleep well."

I am happy because: I can make sure that ions are being released. It gives me a peace of mind. I can sleep well. I wake up refreshed.

Other comments: I was worried that this compact device would really work. However, the compact body is great as it does not take up space.
